When the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit was called to
ask which Judge was going to be hearing and deciding on the
DOJ attempt to delay by requesting an extra 30 days to 
reply we were told they could not answer at this time.  A number
of Judges were recusing themselves from the case.

We were told by the Court we should send in a request in to get
a list of Judges who had decided to recuse themselves.  Thus we
sent in the request.
